As a member of the Public Relations Consultants Association, Broadgate holds the Consultancy Management Standard (CMS) – the hallmark of PR excellence. The Standard combines elements of ISO9001 and Investors in People with criteria specific to PR consultancies.

Investors in People
Broadgate Mainland has achieved the Investors in People (IIP) Bronze standard in recognition of its work to develop and inspire its employees. In its first ever IIP assessment Broadgate Mainland exceeded the requirements of the core IIP standard and was awarded the prestigious Bronze standard. Of the 21,000 organisations recognised by IIP, just 9.5 per cent are awarded a bronze, silver or gold award. Launched in 1991, IIP is the UK’s leading people management standard. The Investors in People Standard is awarded to well-run organisations, which demonstrate good management practice with a high emphasis on best practice people management and development.
