Aldermore Bank appoints e.surv as Panel Manager - 14/07/2010
e.surv Chartered Surveyors, the UK’s leading residential surveyor and valuer, has been appointed as Panel Manager responsible for the distribution and management of valuations for Aldermore’s newly launched residential mortgage, which will be available exclusively through intermediaries.
Peter Robinson, National Sales Manager at e.surv, said: “We have worked closely with the team at Aldermore to develop a robust and effective system and we are looking forward to fulfilling this vital support role on a permanent basis.”
Richard Spinks, Commercial and Operations Director at Aldermore commented: “We were very mindful, as we developed our residential mortgage proposition, of the need to provide both brokers and their clients with a fast, reliable and cost-effective valuation service. The arrangements we have agreed with e.surv will enable us to do just that and we look forward to working closely with them over the coming months.” We worked closely with e.surv prior to launch to develop our valuation proposition.
Aldermore and e.surv have a shared vision in terms of customer service and have developed interfaced IT platforms which are fully integrated as part of the arrangement meaning better service for brokers and customers.
