For learners already working within the industry, LINK offers the opportunity to continue their professional development by gaining skills in key areas and working towards specific qualifications, in leadership and management.
The portal is also a key resource for the Skills Academy’s network of training providers as it provides learning resources, up-to-date information about the sector and access to the Navigator Discovery Tool, a diagnostic business development tool.
Sylvia Perrins, CEO of the Skills Academy says: “The quality of the training material combined with the flexibility of an online resource will be beneficial for many financial services companies wanting to upskill their staff. These are tried and tested products, created by Prudential plc, and we are pleased to offer them to a wider audience, meet skills needs and build professionalism within the industry.”
Mark Nobbs, Prudential’s Head of Learning & Development said: “We place great importance on developing colleagues at Prudential and have many years of experience creating high quality learning.
