Creative Benefit Solutions (CBS), the specialist employee benefits consultancy, is celebrating the exam success of two of its Wealth Management team. Craig Harrison, who becomes the third qualified pensions transfer specialist with CBS, and Roland Baggott who has passed three exams over the past year and is well on the way to achieving diploma status by the end of 2010.
In order to qualify as a pension’s transfer specialist for the Wealth Management team, Craig Harrison has passed four exams in the past year, including the J04 ‘Pension Funding Options’, J05 ‘Pension Income Options’ and AF3 ‘Pension Planning’. Craig hopes to achieve Chartered status later this year, as KPI’s at Creative Benefit Solutions encourage staff to sit at least one CII exam at every available opportunity until Chartered status is obtained.
Craig, Senior Consultant within the Wealth Management team says, “While achieving Diploma status was great, Creative is focused on all client advisers achieving chartered status. With study leave and sponsorship support from Creative, that goal is achievable in the not too distant future.”
