Brighton based firm, Family Investments, has been recognised for their commitment to the skills development of their staff by the National Skills Academy for Financial Services at their Leading London Forward event which was held at Chelsea Football Club.
The National Skills Academy for Financial Services celebrated the successful graduation of the first group of learners from the highly successful Leadership and Management Programme and gave out awards to the Overall Highest Achiever, The Most Innovative Solution and the Employer Engagement Award. Family Investments won the Employer Engagement Award for their continuous commitment to the Programme.
Claire Jex, Learning and Development officer at Family Investments said: “We’ve participated in two Leadership and Management Programmes and additionally we have four learners participating in the investment administration apprenticeship programme with the Academy. We’re very excited and proud to have our commitment and achievement recognised and we look forward to continuing our rewarding work with the National Skills Academy for Financial Services.”
This programme is appropriate for those who have been leading teams for a while or are new to management or aspire to be a manager and want to gain more understanding of management issues.
